Israel launches strikes on what it says are Hezbollah targets in Lebanon, after the militant group fired rockets at Israel.

Israel says its attacks were in response to strikes from Hezbollah. In Kuwait, the local military says "several" US warplanes crashed with the crew "unharmed".
